So I typically go out to companies all over to do site visits and one of the major questions that I ask companies is "What is your corporate wellness program?". Many people end up just giving me a blank stare as if they didn't have a clue. Most companies are aware that there is some type of corporate wellness program in place but many company programs are so passive that most people are unaware of any potential benefits. Some people only think that they get a discount off of their gym membership that is mostly used by the people that are already in shape and healthy.. Now there are the occasional situations where companies have an actual onsite fitness center where there is a staff of trainers, nutritionist, nurses etc to help the staff members navigate their way to great health & wellness. BUT Far too often I get more of the first type of person where they are totally oblivious.

Having a different theme for each day is a good way to have fun at the office while also incorporating some fitness activities.
Wall sit day - Pick a Word
you can challenge your colleagues with this fun activity. You can pick a specific word that you use quite often in the office and every time the word is said the person has to do A wall sit for a 20 count (20 sec).
Squat day - Associated Activity (i.e. printing, fax, phone etc)
So ideally you would want to pick a different exercise for each day and maybe even a different function for each day. With this activity I like to make it interesting by doing squats every time you get up from your office chair or doing squats while you are at the printer waiting for your print job to complete or your fax job to complete. Also doing squats whenever you are on the phone (may take skill 💪😎)
