Having a different theme for each day is a good way to have fun at the office while also incorporating some fitness activities.
Wall sit day - Pick a Word
you can challenge your colleagues with this fun activity. You can pick a specific word that you use quite often in the office and every time the word is said the person has to do A wall sit for a 20 count (20 sec).
Squat day - Associated Activity (i.e. printing, fax, phone etc)
So ideally you would want to pick a different exercise for each day and maybe even a different function for each day. With this activity I like to make it interesting by doing squats every time you get up from your office chair or doing squats while you are at the printer waiting for your print job to complete or your fax job to complete. Also doing squats whenever you are on the phone (may take skill 💪😎)
